Association Management Inc. to deliver community services
The Lakes of Fairhaven LLC has selected Association Management Inc., a FirstService Residential Management company, to serve its 375 single-family homes in Cypress.
According to a press release, Associated Management Inc., which took over management responsibilities Wednesday, Feb. 1, emphasizes service to the residents, enhancement of property values, financial responsibility and physical property management. AMI also maintains communication between property owners, the board and management.
