HS boys basketball: Cy Falls defeats Cy Ranch
Cy Falls defeated Cy Ranch in high school hoops action Friday.
Cy Falls, 28-4, 11-1, won the game 71-52.
Kavin Tilbury scored 22 points for Cy Falls, who will visit Cy-Fair Tuesday.
Friday's loss dropped Cy Ranch to 12-17 and 5-7.
Taj Jones scored 11 points for Cy Ranch, who will host Jersey Village Tuesday.
