Roy Sprague elected to board of directors at Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects

Roy Sprague has been elected to serve on the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects' board of directors.

Sprague is the assistant superintendent of facilities and construction at Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District.

The institute is a nonprofit organization promoting leadership, excellence, predictability and sustainability in all phases of capital projects.

According to the press release, Sprague said, " I will have the opportunity to serve, learn and collaborate with other leaders of capital programs from the Texas State University system, University of Houston as well as other architects and major contractors in the state of Texas to improve on the implementation of successful capital programs."
