HS softball: Cy Falls defeats Cy Ridge
Cy Falls overpowered Cy Ridge 19-1 in high school softball action on Thursday, in a District 17-5A match-up.
With the win, Cy Falls improves to 7-12 overall and 6-8 in district play.
Peyton Branham struck out seven in the win.
Cy Falls will next host Cy-Fair on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
With the loss, Cy Ridge drops to 0-18 overall and 0-14 in district play.
Ashley Girgor took the loss.
Cy Ridge will next visit Jersey Village on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
