Arrest report for April 7

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of April 5 through April 7:

A woman was arrested on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 (4 to 200 grams) on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 41-year-old woman was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 6 and is facing a 1st degree felony charge.

A man was arrested on charges of aggravated assault of a family member, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving without a Texas operator's license and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 33-year-old man was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 6 and is facing 2nd degree felony and 3 counts of class C misdemeanor charges.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with having an expired driver’s license, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and speeding on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 20, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 6 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges.

A Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 31, was booked on April 6.

A Houston woman was arrested and charged with failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving with expired registration, speeding and violating a promise to appear on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 33, was booked at the Harris County Jail on
April 5.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated 1st offense blood alcohol concentration .08 on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 37, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 5 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge.

A woman, 17, was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a charge of assault causing bodily injury, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported.

A man, 28, was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of expired driver’s license and speeding, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving while his license is suspended and operating a vehicle without license plates on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 5.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with driving with an invalid license, unapproved sunscreen device, operating a vehicle with wrong plates, driving with an expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility by
obtaining insurance, speeding in a school zone and driving without a Texas operator's license on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
The man, 21, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 5.

A man was arrested on a charge of harassment of a public servant on April 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 5 and is facing a 3rd degree felony charge.

A Houston man is facing a 3rd degree felony charge of driving while intoxicated offense blood alcohol concentration .08 after being arrested on April 6, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 31, was booked on April 8.
