Cy-Fair massage parlor accused of promoting prostitution
The State of Texas is seeking to shut down a Cy-Fair massage parlor accused of promoting prostitution.
The State of Texas filed a lawsuit on April 4 in Harris County District Court against Rose Foot Massage, in Cy-Fair, and others, citing public nuisance.
The state says undercover investigations by the Harris County Sheriff's Office have led to numerous prostitution busts at Rose Foot Massage, located at 10541 FM 1960 Road West in Cy-Fair. Authorities also reported citing the massage parlor, formerly known as VIP, for unlicensed services 11 times since 2009, according to the brief.
Texas is seeking a permanent injunction against the alleged nuisance, attorney's fees and court costs. The state is being represented in the case by Assistant County Attorney Fred Keys, Jr.
