Langham Creek HS grad Efrem Oliphant dominates in Houston Cougar spring game
The Houston Red squad earned a 42-28 victory in the annual Red & White Game hosted for the final time at Robertson Stadium on Friday.
Langham Creek high Efrem Oliphant, a sophomore linebacker, had 2.5 sacks and led the game with three total tackles-for-loss.
Oliphant set a Langham Creek HS record with 27 tackles in a game. He recorded 95 tackles with 10 for a loss and six sacks as a senior in 2009 Eerem was a member of the Honor Roll and the Team Leadership Club.
Efrem Oliphant was born March 27, 1991. He is the son of Debbie Hayward, and is majoring in kinesiology-sports management.
