Cy-Fair company blamed for alleged workplace accident
A company is being sued over claims it failed to provide a safe work environment for employees in Cy-Fair.
Thomas Tran filed a lawsuit on Thursday, April 12 in the Harris County District Court against J & T Reliable Machine Works, in Cy-Fair, citing negligence.
Tran says on Feb. 3, he suffered serious injuries while on the job at J & T. According to the brief, the injuries occurred when he became entangled in an industrial lathe.
Tran is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Eric Nielsen.
