Chili cookoff, wine fair among events in Cy-Fair

THURSDAY 19
'39 Steps': This play adaptation of John Buchan's novel and Alfred Hitchcock's film shows in a 3 p.m. matinee at the Houston Family Arts Center's Garza Mainstage, 10760 Grant Road, Houston. Fairbanks Earth Day: Lone Star College-Fairbanks students will celebrate Earth Day with the annual student poster contest, a garden art contest and community garden plant giveaway.
