Cypress Assistance Ministries hosts fundraiser
The first-ever retailer liquidation sale at Angels' Attic, benefiting Cypress Assistance Ministries, was held on April 17.
"We've never had an event like this before" said Joan Christensen, executive director of CAM, in a news release. "These are high-quality items from a national retailer, and we can sell them at a fraction of the price you'd find in stores. Not only do you get a bargain, you're doing something to benefit your community. All the proceeds go back into helping your neighbors."
CAM is a faith-based organization dedicated to assisting individuals and families in financial crisis by restoring self sufficiency regardless of religious or ethnic background.
