Harris County man sues over Cy-Fair construction site accident

A Harris County man is suing over claims an employee of a local construction company caused a workplace accident at a warehouse in Cy-Fair.

Lloyd Keith Daniel filed a lawsuit Monday, May 7 in the Harris County District Court against Star Construction Services, citing negligence.

Daniel says on Jan. 17, he sustained serious injuries when the golf cart he drove at Bar Stock Specialties' new warehouse in Cy-Fair collided with a gate bar. A Star Contractor backhoe allegedly caused the accident, according to the brief.

Daniel is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Randall Sorrels.
