A man was arrested on a charge of possession of less than one gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance on May 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 25-year-old black male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 16 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides on Lake Manor Drive.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with theft less than $1,500 third offense on May 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 42, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 16 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides on Packard Elm Circle.

A man was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana (zero to two grams) and public lewdness on May 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 28-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 16 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class A misdemeanor charges.
