Dr. Matthew Cubbage and his wife, Kelly, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 12206 Francel Lane in Cypress for $700,000.

The 5,198-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the Longwood Village subdivision. Dan Boutwell of Re/Max Northwest Realtors is the agent for the listing.

Dr. Cubbage is a spine surgery and general orthopedic specialist. He specializes in scoliosis, complex spinal deformities and disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

Dr. Cubbage graduated from Creighton University and earned his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Scott and White Memorial Hospital and his spine surgery fellowship at the Spine Institute at Beth Israel Medical Center.
