Acoustical contractor buys Fairfield 3BD

15607 Garden Bend Circle

Gordon E. Clunn and Sandra Clunn acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 15607 Garden Bend Circle in Cypress from Brian M. Bakondy on Sept. 2.

Bakondy acquired the home in Fairfield in Aug. 2007 from Krista Bakondy and Sandeep Mistry. It is valued at $150,220. The 2,123-square-foot house was built in 1996.

Mr. Clunn is the co-owner at Clunn Acoustical Systems, one of the leading acoustical contractors in the industry. He has been with the company for over 25 years. He is a recipient of two U.S. patents for laboratory and cleanroom ceilings.

Bakondy has been the project engineer at Universal Ensco Inc. It provides international engineering design, project management, and field services.
