University student buys 3BD in Canyon Lakes at Stonegate

Hadley Sciba bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 16726 Libson Falls Drive in Houston from the Gulf -Tex Company on Sept. 3.

The 1,450-square-foot house was built in 2010 in the Canyon Lakes at Stonegate subdivision. It is valued at $12,320.

Mr. Sciba is a student at University of Houston-Victoria. He worked at Tramontina USA as an inventory control clerk and also worked as an inventory and maintenance manager at Green Acres Equipment Rental.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,415 home sales in Houston during the past 12 months.
