Dustin Stahlheber acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 15207 Weeping Cedar Lane in Houston from Stoney's Investment Properties on Sept. 20.
The 2,210-square-foot home in the Maple Trace subdivision was built in 2002 and is currently valued at $325,446.
Mr. Stahlheber is a realtor and a real estate investor. He is currently affiliated with Champions Real Estate Group and is handling residential investment properties, complete home makeovers and property management.
Mr. Stahlheber also own a home at 5605 Village Green Drive in Katy.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 6,290 home sales in Houston during the past 12 months.
