Doug W. Walser and his wife, Susan, acquired a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 12702 Reedwood Ridge Road in Northwest Houston from Timothy L. Disney on Sept. 23.
Mr. Disney, together with Karen Disney, acquired the 2,554-square-foot home in the Wortham Park subdivision in April 2010. It was built in 1994 and is currently valued at $182,397.
Mr. Walser is a technical professional manager at Pinnacle, an energy services provider company.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,398 home sales in Northwest Houston during the past 12 months.
