Ordained minister-musician acquires 4BD in Deerfield Village subdivision
Donald M. Frazier acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4214 Amber Lake Drive in Houston from Peggy C. Meeker on Sept. 24.
The 3,061-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Deerfield Village subdivision. It is valued at $185,000.
Mr. Frazier has been an ordained minister since 1974. He has served with The Trav'Lers Quartet, a professional Gospel quartet, as a manager and pianist. In addition to that, he served as a session producer and national sales manager at Mark V Recording Studio.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,415 home sales in Houston during the past 12 months.
