Engineering firm exec acquires Houston 4BD
6323 Collina Springs Court
Charles Othon and his wife, Karen, acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 6323 Collina Springs Court in Houston from Ronald and Kathleen Berlin on Sept. 10.
The Berlins acquired the property from Bob and Vickie Araji in March 2009. The 3,887-square-foot home in the
Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision was built in 2004. It is valued at $420,193.
Mr. Othon is a vice president at Othon Inc., a consulting engineering firm.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,415 home sales in Houston during the past 12 months.
