Jennifer Trittipo acquired a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 15615 Canterbury Drive in Tomball from Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel LLP, Fannie Mae and Federal National Mortgage Association on Sept. 28.

Fannie Mae and Federal National Mortgage Association acquired the home in Canterbury Forest subdivision in May 2010. It is valued at $133,087. The 2,248-square-foot house was built in 1978.

Trittipo has been a senior IT engineer at Hewlett-Packard, an American multinational information technology corporation and one of the world's largest information technology companies, operating in nearly every country.

He is a former systems analyst at Compaq, once the largest supplier of personal computing systems in the world acquired by HP in 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,358 home sales in Tomball during the past 12 months.
