Cisco executive takes 3BD in Lakeville
Bryan Tantzen and Noriko Tantzen acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 20611 Sycamore Crest Lane in Katy from Barrett Dafifn Frappier Turner & Engel LLP and Federal National Mortgage Association on Sept. 28.
Fannie Mae and Federal National Mortgage Association acquired the home, in Lakeville subdivision in July 2010, from Christopher T. Alconga, Martina G. Alonga and T. Reder. It is valued at $76,553. The 1,340-square-foot house was built in 2006.
Mr. Tantzen serves as the customer business transformation senior director at Cisco. He is also a member of the board of directors at Mission Houston since 2008. He previously helped transform many of the world's leading companies while at McKinsey & Co. and i2 technologies and he has worked in several countries in Europe and Asia.
He earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, M.A. in international affairs from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in economics from Texas A&M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,833 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
