Kristen and Travis Bruns relinquished a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9542 Shadow Gate Lane in North Houston to Kelly and Kyle Butler on Sept. 30.

The Brunses acquired the 2,083-square-foot property in Laurel Creek from Prudential Homes Corp., Resdntl Ser Prudential and Leah Southard in July 2003. It was built in 1999 and is valued at $179,258.

Ms. Bruns is a realtor at Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors. She is a senior research coordinator at CB Richard Ellis. She was previously a senior sales associate at Morrison Homes.

She also served as a marketing coordinator at Trendmaker Homes, a marketing administrator at David Weekley Homes and an account executive at C2 Media.

She attended Baylor University and Baylor University Hankamer School of Business.
