Claus Rasborg acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 15335 Coral Leaf Trail in Cypress from Tommi Kankainer on Sept. 21.
The 2,700-square-foot house is valued at $190,807 and was built in 2002 in the Fairfield Village West subdivision.
Mr. Rasborg is the general manager of Shipco Transport, a shipping company. Mr. Rasborg has been with the company for 19 years.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,844 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
