Azadeh Khadem and her husband, Sam, acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 6407 Arcadia Bend Lane in West Houston from Alma and Boris Kim on Nov. 12.

The Kims acquired the 3,079-square-foot house home in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision in April 2005. It is valued at $377,791.

Ms. Khadem is an intellectual property associate at Wong Cabello, a law firm. Prior to that, she was a pro bono legal consultant at Project Concern International and an attorney at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Texas-Austin.

Mr. Khadem works an an associate at Marcus & Millichap, a real estate investment firm. He specializes in multi-tenant retail properties.

He earned his B.B.A. from the University of Houston and his M.B.A. from Rice University.
