KPMG forensics staff member acquires Cypress 4BD
Jeffrey Hanhan acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 18414 Alemarble Oak St. in Cypress from the Secretary of Housing and the U.S. Department Housing and Urban Development on Nov. 2.
The property was transferred to BAC Home Loans Servicing LP and Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP on March 8. The 2,460-square-foot home in Villages of Cypress Lakes was built in 2005. It is valued at $128,000.
Hanhan works in the forensics department of KPMG LLP, a professional services firm. He previously was a consultant at Steven Hall & Partners. He also served as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has a B.B.A. in finance and accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. in corporate finance and global business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
Hanhan, along with Dustin R. Stahlheber, owns a home at 10506 Mist Lane in North Houston.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,660 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
