Kenneth Willumsen acquired a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6215 Cedar Point Place in Katy from Gold Coast Equity LLC on Oct. 29.

The 2,155-square-foot house was built in 1986 in the Brenwood subdivision. It is valued at $114,075.

Mr. Willumsen is the owner of KW Construction, a company that builds custom homes and offers renovations.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 6,472 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $147,500.
