Construction project manager acquires Cypress 4BD

Marissa E. Benziger and her husband, Robert, acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14623 Timber Cliff Lane in Cypress from Roberto C. Lemacks on Nov. 4.

Lemacks acquired the 2,927-square-foot property in the Cypress Mill Park subdivision from Kimball Hill Homes in Sept. 2004. It was built in 2003 and is valued at $173,627.

Ms. Benziger is a project manager at The Trevino Group, an architecture and construction firm. She was previously a project manager at Jacobs Project Management Company.

She holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Universidad de Panama and an M.S. in construction management from Texas A&M University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,660 home sales in Cypress in the past 12 months.
