Gena Burgdorf and her husband, Jeffery, transferred a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 9223 W. Bridgeport Pass Circle in Cypress to Ali R. Akhavan on Nov. 4.
The Burgdorfs acquired the property in the Towne Lake subdivision from Amy Newton and Weekley Homes LP in June 2007. The 3,638-square-foot home is valued at $344,763.
Ms. Burgdorf serves as a human resources manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
She attended St. Mary's University.
