Charles Wesley Paup and Patricia Gale Paup sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9515 Kelsey Meadows Court in North Houston to Catherine P. Armstrong on Nov. 3.

Mr. Paup acquired the property in September 2004 from Michael H. Thompson. The 2,173-square-foot house was built in 1999 in the Laurel Creek subdivision. It is valued at $189,779.

Mr. Paup served as vice president of finance, information technology and risk management at Act Pipe & Supply Inc. He has previously worked as vice president of credit/human resources in METL-SPAN I LTD.

He attended St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida.
