Julue Duplechian acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 17314 Hamilwood Drive in West Houston from Shelton and Perini Real Estate Investors LLC on Nov. 24.

Shelton and Perini Real Estate Investors LLC acquired the property from RALI 2006 QS2, Residential Funding Corporation and U.S. Bank National Association on March 10. The 2,148-square-foot home in Copperfield Westcreek Village, which was built in 1992, is valued at $135,403.

Duplechian is a member of the sales team of D&F Distrubuting, Inc., a Dallas-based distributor of raw materials for manufacturers in the coatings, inks, plastics, adhesives, rubber, food, personal care, building and construction and other related industries.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,611 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
