Princess Dalila Pulido acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 16943 Summer Crossing Lane in West Houston from Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and Mlmi Trust Series on Nov. 23.
The 1,996-square-foot house is valued at $136,253.
Ms. Pulido is a loan officer at Cornerstone Mortgage, a full-service mortgage banker. She previously served in the same capacity at PrimeLending.
She earned a degree in computer information systems from the University of Houston.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,415 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
