Charles Baranowski acquired a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 12903 Tall Forest Drive in Cypress from Melissa Seureau on Dec. 9.

Seureau acquired the property from Roy and Patricia F. Hodges in May 2004. The 1,578-square-foot home in the Timberlake Estates subdivision was built in 1966. It is valued at $107,411.

Ms. Seureau is an independent contractor at RE/MAX Realty Center in Cypress. Previously, she served as a general manager at Hurricane Safe Rooms. She also worked as a buyer's agent for Nadeen Stepp at RE/MAX Suburban Northwest.

She attended Tomball College.
