Einar Otnes has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12035 Terraza Cove Lane in West Houston for $489,000.

Otnes acquired the 4,037-square-foot property in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision from Carmen B. Gonzalez and Guillermo Marroquin in Nov. 2007. It was built in 2005. Stephen Bridgwater is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Otnes is a principal research geophysicist at Petroleum Geo-Services, a leading worldwide geophysical company. He was previously a senior research scientist at WesternGeco. He has also served as a staff geophysicist at Statoil and as a reactor physicist at IFE.
