Kevin P. Goy and Laury Lynn Smith have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11815 Oakshield Lane in Cypress for $424,900.

Goy and Smith acquired the house in the Blackhorse Ranch South subdivision from Javier and Laura E. Gonzalez in Nov. 2007. The 4,773-square-foot home was built in 2003. Osaan Ronding of The Listing Firm is the agent of the home.
