Jeffery John Hellnick transferred a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6007 Henniker Drive in West Houston to David W. Freeman and Supatta B. Freeman on Jan. 21.

The 1,869-square-foot house, which was built in 1984, is in the Concord Bridge subdivision. It is valued at $111,035.

Mr. Hellnick is a consultant for BP at Comsys, a software database management and development firm. Beforehand, he was a senior software developer at Petris Technology, a software services provider for energy firms. He was also a senior software developer at Chasecom L.P., a communications firm.
