Firm controls engineer acquires North Houston 4BD
Aranit Lukaj acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 14103 Norgrove Court in North Houston from Thomas D. Kolodziej on Feb. 1.
The 2,715-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Prestonwood Park subdivision. It is valued at $163,256.
Mr. Lukaj is the project controls manager at Parsons, a worldwide engineering and construction firm. He also serves as a project controls specialist at Houston Rapid Transit.
He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an associate in arts degree in science, economics and art from Florida Community College at Jacksonville.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,088 home sales in North Houston during the past 12 months.
