Scott W. Kinsella and his wife, Denise, acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14127 Sherburn Manor Drive in Cypress from Chelly Jean Cox on Feb. 1.

The 2,759-square-foot house, which was built in 2001, is in Cole's Crossing. It is valued at $249,569.

Mr. Kinsella is the director of IT services at Underwriters Laboratories Inc., a car safety training and testing center. He is also the director of IT services at Safelite AutoGlass, a glass repair and replacement services provider.

He attended DePaul University.

The Kinsellas also own a home at 12423 Shorelands Road.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,035 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
