Jeffrey Lindenberger and his wife, Misty, transferred a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 14946 Royal Birkdale St. in Northwest Houston to Jesse and Kristen Pekema on Feb. 14.
The 2,748-square-foot house in the Heartstone subdivision was built in 1983. It is valued at $170,773.
Mr. Lindenberger is a managing partner at Mason Partners, a real estate firm. Prior to that, he was a broker at McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company.
He gained his B.B.A. in finance and master's degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,572 home sales in Northwest Houston during the past 12 months.
