James and Karen B. Haught acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 13711 Clareton Lane in Cypress from Larry M. Ihfe and his wife, Mary, on Feb. 16.
The 2,717-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Longwood Village subdivision. It is valued at $182,600.
Mr. Ihfe is an engineering manager at Chevron. Prior to joining Chevron, he worked at at Texaco Power & Gasification.
He has an M.S. in thermo and fluids from Texas A&M University.
