Marketing exec trades Fairfield property

Leigh Ann Harris-Walker and Michael Walker acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 15402 Fairfield Falls Way in Cypress from Brandon M. Granberry and Stephanie L. Granberry on March 14.

The Granberrys acquired the property in Aug. 2009. The 2,210-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Fairfield. It is part of the Fairfield Village West subdivision. It is valued at $150,053.

Mr. Granberry is a vice president of marketing at Graphic Solutions Group, Inc., a marketing and advertising firm.

He attended the University of Oklahoma.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,383 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
