Business professor settles in Westfield Village 3BD

Yuri Yatsenko bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 21927 Crestworth Lane in Katy from RBC Real Estate Finance Inc. on Feb. 17.
The 1,488-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in the Westfield Village subdivision. It is valued at $116,471.
Mr. Yatsenko is a professor in business at Houston Baptist University He teaches quantitative methods, mathematical economics and business network technologies.
He received a master's degree in physics and a Ph.D. in computer sciences from Kiev State University in Ukraine. He was also conferred a Dr.Sci. in mathematics at Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of USSR in Moscow.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,834 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
