Jeffrey Hanhan and Dustin R. Stahlheber transferred a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 10506 Mist Lane in North Houston to Pete Brim on Feb. 28.

The 1,760-square-foot house, which was built in 1993, is in the Tallow Wood subdivision. It is valued at $101,334.

Mr. Hanhan is a forensic accountant at KPMG LLP, a tax and audit services firm. Beforehand, he was a consultant at Steven Hall & Partners, an executive compensation consultancy company. He also worked as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He received a B.B.A. in finance and accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School and an M.B.A. in corporate finance and global business from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
