Hospital director gets 5BD in Northwest Houston

Elise S. Romine and her husband, Terry, acquired a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 9819 Lynette Falls Drive in Northwest Houston from Ramiro Fernandez, Rafaela Alvarez Roque and Moises Salmeron on Feb. 28.

The 3,072-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the White Oak Falls subdivision. It is valued at $182,459.

Ms. Romine serves as a director of women's services at Memorial Hermann Northeast. Previously, she was a director of Maternal Child Health Services at East Houston Regional Medical Center.

She holds a B.A. in nursing from the University of Oklahoma and a vocational nursing diploma from McClennan Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 704 home sales in Northwest Houston during the past 12 months.
