Tara Cherechinsky and her husband, David, transferred a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 8623 Upshur Lane in North Houston to Daniel R. Peterson on Feb. 28.

Ms. Cherechinsky is an executive recruiter at the Houston office of SapientNitro, an interactive marketing, creative design, and technology services agency. She previously held a variety of management positions in recruiting at Deloitte Consulting, Capgemini Ernst & Young and Kristan International Executive Search.

She received her B.A. and M.A. from Baylor University.

Mr. Cherechinsky has served as a vice president of finance at National Oilwell Varco, a Houston-based manufacturer of land-based and offshore oil drilling rigs.
