Human resources exec acquires Lakewood Forest 5BD

Susan L. Howie acquired a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11803 Parkriver Drive in North Houston from Allison and Douglas R. Fogle on Feb. 25.

The Fogles acquired the 4,407-square-foot home in the Lakewood Forest subdivision from Ann and Charles W. Broadbent in April 2004. The house was built in 1992 and is valued at $327,780.

Ms. Howie is a vice president of human resources at HCC Insurance Holdings, a leading international specialty insurance group.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,979 home sales in North Houston during the past 12 months.
