Healthcare human resources exec gets Lakewood Grove 4BD

Laurie M. Samples and her husband, Ronald, acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 15902 Maplewick Drive in Tomball from Melvin R. Nichols on Feb. 25.

Nichols acquired the 3,486-square-foot house in the Lakewood Grove subdivision in April 2004. The house was built in 2003 and is valued at $247,084.

Ms. Samples is a human resources/organization dynamics consultant at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. She has been in the human resources industry for more than 15 years. She previously served as a human resources/training instructor at Stock Building Supply, a regional human resources manager at Autonation USA and a benefits administrator and customer service manager at Cellnet Cellular.

She earned her bachelor's degree in marketing management from Oakland University and her M.B.A. from Wayne State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,252 home sales in Tomball during the past 12 months.
