Chevron manager settles in Cypress 4BD

Larry M. Ihfe and his wife, Mary, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 13406 Gainesway Drive in Cypress from Dennis and Sharon K. Cox on Feb. 24.

The 3,964-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Lakewood Oaks Estates subdivision. It is valued at $375,000.

Mr. Ihfe is an engineering manager at Chevron. Prior to joining Chevron, he worked at Texaco Power and Gasification.

He attended Texas A&M University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,352 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
