Kelli Johnson and Soumitra S. Sen acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 13427 Grand Masterpiece Lane in West Houston from Robert Nils Anderson and Kim Joanne Mitterling on Feb. 24.
The 4,170-square-foot house was built in 1995 in the Twin Lakes subdivision. It is valued at $379,706.
Mr. Sen is a senior project consultant at The Frontline Group, a technology consultancy. In addition to this, he is the president and CEO of Star Oil Company. He previously served as the chief operating officer of Pluris Energy Group Inc. and a project manager at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.
He attended the University of Warwick and Carleton University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,481 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
