Cliff L. McBain and his wife, Pauline, acquired a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 5626 Summer Snow Drive in West Houston from Peter Bennion and Mary Lynn Evan on Feb. 24.
The 5,220-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Twin Lakes subdivision. It is valued at $480,325.
Mr. McBain is an information technology manager at Marathon Oil Company. He previously worked as a programmer at Pilgrim Systems.
He attended the University of Aberdeen.
