Carmen Metodiev and her husband, Richard, acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 16906 Shady Square Court in Copperfield from Inge Records on Feb. 23.

Ms. Metodiev is an executive administrative assistant at Tarzana Treatment Centers. She previously was a national sales coordinator of Image Entertainment, Inc.

She attended Azusa Pacific University.
